Certification Process
Our comprehensive certification program consists of three modules spread across 36 classes, designed to equip you thoroughly for the Chaplaincy role. Here’s what you can expect:

A Christian Chaplain’s Theology
Dive deep into the core beliefs of the Christian faith, with a special emphasis on the Gospel of Christ. This module ensures you are well-prepared to answer many theological questions and provide sound doctrinal guidance.
Module #2
The Christian Chaplain as a Pastoral Care Minister
Learn the essentials of pastoral coaching within the context of a Christian Chaplain’s pastoral care. This module focuses on ministering God’s presence as an Ambassador of Christ in all your interactions.
Module #3
The Christian Chaplain as a Ministry Leader
Develop critical ministry leadership skills with the personal skills and relational requirements necessary for effectively leading small groups and other ministry opportunities with a Kingdom purpose, perspective and character consistent with the calling of a ministry leader. This module prepares you to take on significant leadership roles within your church and community.

- Referral from your pastor or chaplain and wife
- Willing to serve in your church
- Christian for at least one year
- Commitment to complete the modules in order

These assessments are designed to confirm the candidate’s readiness to serve effectively as a Christian Chaplain, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide spiritual and pastoral care.
Not at this time. The current Certification program is designed specifically for men. However, we recognize the important role of female Christian Chaplains and are actively considering the development of a similar program tailored for women. We hope to expand our offerings in the future to include programs that meet the needs of both men and women in Christian ministry.
