Pastor D has a year end message to all of you who have supported Men Coaching Men this year and in the past. Please click to read this message — Dear Ministry Partners;

This is Pastor Darien Bennett reaching out to all of you who have supported Men Coaching Men this year and in the past. I hope that you and your families had a wonderful time of Thanksgiving last week. Thanksgiving Day is one of my favorite holidays of the year for all kinds of reasons (great food being one of them)! I love time with family and friends. I appreciate the opportunity to come together over a wonderful dinner to remember the blessings of God and to give Him thanks for all that He has done and will continue to do. As a wise man once said: “A heart of gratitude in a man blesses the soul like the smile from a friend in troubled times.” Thankfulness goes a long way in lifting one’s spirit! As the writer of Proverbs says, “A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed” (15:13).
Well, God has, through your kindness to us, provided a smile week by week this year. We are so grateful to all of you for your prayers and to your loyal generosity! We love doing what God has called and gifted us to do and we are honored to continue to be used by our LORD to coach-up men to be faithful husbands, tender-hearted fathers, and devoted Disciples of Christ. As long as God gives us breath, we will continue to help hurting men and their families and to pray for all of you who support the work of this ministry!

Your prayers and financial gifts in 2021 positioned MCM do more than what was anticipated. The Heart-to-Heart Christian Chaplaincy curriculum (all three Modules) were upgraded and published. We had sixteen men certified as Christian Chaplains, the most graduates so far in one year! That includes over 1,152 hours of training! In addition, we started an Anger Management Program for men and had eight men complete the instruction. Ten men went through a Kingdom Boundaries for Men process. Forty-one couples completed marriage and family counseling. Four couples went through our eight-week pre-marriage prep process. Our Christian Chaplains performed six marriages and four funeral services.

As you can see, we have been very busy, and we are preparing for even busier 2022! It will mark our 28^th year of ministry to men and their families through the Men Coaching Men Discipleship Ministry platform and we are not slowing down. We are looking forward to commissioning twelve new Christian Chaplains. We will release a revised edition of the J³ Primer including a new work titled “Coaching-up Men for Life.” Plans are in place for more Anger Management Classes and Kingdom Boundaries for Men instruction. We will also introduce a Blended Families class with sixteen couples and since our counseling demand continues to increase, we will be adding more Christian Chaplains to fill the growing need.

So, may we have your financial trust to take on 2022? Our goal is to raise $80,000 by year-end to cover salaries and expenses. Any gift of any size will help us get ready for the coming year and help us to bless others through the grace of God in our gospel-driven coaching and training.
